Cancellation & Refund Policy

Astrobaba provides instant, personalized digital astrology services. As such, once initiated, sessions and credit usage cannot be cancelled mid-way.

Refunds Are Allowed When

• Duplicate payment was made for the same order; or
• A verified technical error on our platform prevented service delivery (as determined by our support team).

How to Request

Email hello@astrobaba.life within 24 hours of the transaction with order ID, payment ID and screenshots (if any).

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable

Change-of-mind requests, partially used credit packs, and dissatisfaction with outcomes (since results are subjective) are not eligible.
